Jimmy dared me to climb to the top and shimmy down the bendy part. Bet me ten bucks.

Oh, no, your story reminded me of my brothers. One ended up with a broken arm falling out of a tree during a dare. I was going to say, “Boys!” but I did my fair share of dares. I loved the dialogue!
