one moment in time
to seize the impossible
and breathe in the now

Thanks to Dverse Poets! and their Leap day poetics challenge.
If you could be someone else for a day, who would you be, and why?
if I could be me

This was inspired by Jetpack’s question of the day and by Susi’s post from today entitled Insulating. Thanks Susi!
muttering murmurs
the doors open on the right
light and sound distort
in the moment time stands still
static possibility

tossed by a rough sea
courage lives in the shimmer
of dawn’s golden light
